your service very poor..lime soda bottle cap is not tightened properly...full leakage is there..whole order packet got wet....and now while cancelling tomato is charging cancellation fee...why should I pay...is it my fault or yours..and when I am trying your hotel no it's coming switched off....what you want from customer now....because of you people others get affected....
