Whenever i had ordered through Swiggy or Zomato .They are not taking responsibilities for the late delivery ..They are taking 2 hours to prepare your order that too if you guys are raising any complain then only they will prepare your food or else by waiting this long you will cancel your order and for this Swiggy and zomato don’t penalise this restaurant for this kind of service.If you call to your delivery partner they will inform you that restaurant is giving food to offline customer and we are waiting since 50-90 mins.So pathetic service.
