Kasturi - Jadavpur offers good gulab jamun and tasty ice cream. Great coffee is served - try and enjoy. Clients don't highly appreciate bitter at this place.
This spot with takeaway food is good for those visitors who like to have dinner on the go. The patient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. This restaurant is remarkable for its prompt service. Tasty dishes at low prices are offered here. You will appreciate the terrific decor and pleasant atmosphere of Kasturi - Jadavpur. I ordered 3 pieces of large rectangular fish fry from this restaurant. They served completely stale food. the fish inside were sticky and extremely bad smells were coming. I already reported to Zomato and consumer fraud as these fraud practices might lead to consumer sickness. Be aware of any offers from this restaurant and place an order, they are just trying to sell off their days old food items. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went for bengali new year's bengali thali. It consists of 8-10 total food items and all dishes taste really good. Good bengali food preparation. I personally liked their diamond fish fry with kasundi and chatni. The only point they should keep the dining place a little attractive and the wash basin clean. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Kasturi Restaurant, Jadavpur on Bengali New Year Visited Kasturi Restaurant, Jadavpur with high expectations on Bengali New Year, but sadly it turned out to be a terrible experience. The food quality was far below average — items lacked flavor, were poorly cooked, and some dishes were served cold. To make things worse, the service was extremely slow, unprofessional, and inattentive, with no sense of hospitality on such an important occasion. For a restaurant known for Bengali cuisine, this was an utter letdown.
