We traveled 230 km from Birbhum solely to dine at ‘Kasturi’. However, at 3:40 PM, we were informed that the time for serving the economical thali had passed. Despite our repeated requests — even asking if it could be served without the missing items — an employee named Sahid refused to serve it, stating only that the serving time had elapsed. Eventually, we ordered food of our choice and went downstairs to pay the bill. At that time, out of curiosity, we asked the cashier what the official time limit was for serving thalis. He confidently replied that there was no fixed time — they are served at all times. We then asked why we were denied the thali, to which he could not provide a satisfactory answer. Even the staff member, Sahid, could not respond to this. Such treatment is not expected from a reputed establishment like yours. Additionally, we requested a little salt and lemon during the meal but never received them, even till the end. The katla fish curry served was also not made with fresh fish. We still wish your establishment continued growth and success. Service: 1

I have ordered from Zomato and the food which they sent totally Rotten and stinks very bad...please avoid ordering from them.
Even they didn't pickup my call
Totally unacceptable!
