    Tried the GolGappe — shells were a bit soggy, the pani was only mildly flavored and lacked a punch. The Aloo Chat had decent potato, but it felt overly oily and the spices were imbalanced (too much salt, not enough chat masala). The Dahi Bhalla was the weakest — the bhallas were rubbery rather than soft, the dahi was thin, and the sweet & spiced chutneys didn’t come through well. Overall: Good effort, but for the price and expectations, these weren’t quite satisfying. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
