Yesterday evening, I visited your place with my friend and had to wait for around 2 hours. Despite reminding the staff three times to serve my order, it was unnecessarily delayed, while other customers were being served before me. The staff’s behavior was very unprofessional and the response I received was extremely disappointing. The overall service experience was unsatisfactory. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
