Customer service is poor, bills are been tampered. We buy 4 pieces but the bill will be for 5 pieces. Buy 1.5 kg bill will be for 2 kg

Kanti Sweets is famous for its variety of sweets. But, most of the sweets are little expensive too. The staff know different languages except Malayalam & English. If they know English, it will be better to anyone who don't know Kannada, Hindi or Tamil. There is not much discounts even for bulk purchasing.
