While visiting Jaisalmer all the way from New Zealand, I had the pleasure of stopping by Kanchan Shree Ice Cream, and it was an absolute delight! Their lassi and kulfi are hands-down the best in town—rich, creamy, and full of authentic flavors that perfectly capture the essence of Rajasthan.
