1) Potato sabzi was not there in my parcel.2) Samak rice was very less in quantity....and.... cooked in some bad quality oil.It is better to have navratri fast food from Hira Sweets.....at least they cook navratri fast food in Desi ghee.I will not order again from Kaleva

Worst experience staff is very ill mannered & ruthless no customer courtesy at all no respect for senior citizens I purchased some sweets & mankin from the outlet paid the bill. While I was about to take delivery of my purchased product the salesman said you have to wait . As I item is finished and getting may take some time
In fact what happened one of the senior salesman come inside the counter and take the item from my purchases and give it to some one else
I feel insulted that after paying my bill still I need to wait I left the premises after paying my bill and leaving my purchases with them only. Non of the staff even person at cash counter may be owner have a courtesy to apologise for this event I don’t recommend any one to visit kavela goal market shop.
