The staff is very good except the old man on the main counter. Very very arrogant and temper as short as a fuse! the moment you ask something regarding your order, that guy just explodes.. (I asked if it is possible that I can order Malai chap from Veer ji and Dal makhni from Kake Da Hotel, and that guy threw expressions like “WHY DIDNT YOU KNOW ABT IT EVEN IF YOURE VISITING FOR THE FIRST TIME!?”) And started passing comments like “Jao bhai inse decide krwao pehle” with his co staff (kake da hotel staff, nice guy)… I don’t understand what do they even achieve and why do they keep old people with such low temper on the main desk of the restaurant…. Worst experience ever! Visited today and honestly, this place is a complete disaster. Ordered food, waited for over an hour, and guess what? Nothing was served! Not a single person from the staff cared to check or even respond properly. The attitude was absolutely pathetic — zero professionalism, zero courtesy. When we finally decided to leave, then they casually said they couldn’t complete the order! Are you serious? They could’ve at least informed us instead of wasting our time like idiots. Neither the owner nor the waiters had the decency to apologise or even talk properly. Utterly awful experience — worst service, worst management. Never stepping in here again.
