Tried Kaizen Diners in Thrissur recently. Ordered Phulka, but unfortunately, it seemed to be made from old dough—left a sour taste and upset my stomach. The Butter Naan was far better, rich with an enormous amount of butter. Kadai Paneer had a thick, flavorful gravy but lacked the mix of vegetables typically expected. Service was prompt and polite, which added some comfort to the experience. The restaurant itself feels a bit dated, and the cleanliness—especially in the toilets—could use serious improvement. On the plus side, parking is ample, which is a big relief in this area. The one positive point is their Food Quality is V.Good, particularly Aloo Parathas & Gobi Manchurian ! But their Service is not upto the mark. Took sometime to even provide basic item like Curd& Rasam for Meals. It was provided only when asked & didn't get along with meals earlier. Went here based on the 4.2 rating on Google, but that was completely misleading. I’d give it a 2 at best. The toilet and wash area were an absolute nightmare—looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the place opened. We ordered Hyderabadi Biryani and Kadai, but it felt like we were just eating oil with a side of rice and some vegetables. Really disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
