Every single chaat item we bought was chilled. Nothing was fresh. Bad staff also, wont give an extra plate after purchasing for 1500rs. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Kailash Parbat (Vega City Mall): A Disappointing Experience This particular Kailash Parbat outlet gives the brand a bad name. The tawa pulav was especially disappointing, as it tasted like bland, flavored rice instead of the authentic dish. The menu is overpriced, and they have even changed their serving dish (to plastic trays), which feels like a step down. The addition of a service charge on top of GST on a takeaway counter is unacceptable and confusing. I would not recommend this place, as the quality, price, and overall service do not live up to the brand's reputation.
