Rude staff, fake urgency, and poor hospitality. Visited this café in Borivali with a friend to catch up over food and shakes. While the food was good and we were enjoying our time, the staff suddenly asked us to leave, claiming there were people waiting — even though at least 6 tables inside and 2 outside were clearly vacant (we have photos to prove it). When we asked if we could shift to a larger table so they could use ours for other guests, they bluntly said “we don’t give bigger tables to two people.” No flexibility, no courtesy, and definitely no logical explanation. They were just trying to rush us out for no valid reason. If a café doesn’t want people to sit and enjoy their time, maybe it shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. We walked out and went to McDonald’s, where they actually understand customer service. Not coming back. (Photos attached showing empty tables.)
