It was just a spur of a decision to stop here. We are a family of four and we were driving from Vellore to Bangalore. Since we could not have lunch on time, the hunger and exhaustion screamed for a break and something appetizing. Stopping here at 6 PM, we occupied a table and found that the waiters were very eager to serve us despite the odd hour between lunch and dinner. Usually, you do not find most of the items mentioned in the menu at before or beyond business hours. However, this place was a surprise. Whatever we ordered was available. The choice we made consisted of Roti, Egg Burji, Chicken Biryani, Guntur chicken and a bowl of white rice. The taste, temperature, quantity and presentation of the food was up to the standard of any good restaurant in a big city like Bangalore or Chennai. This is considering that Krafty Kitchen is on a highway and one may miss the spot if you are speeding on the road. The politeness displayed by the staff including the kitchen staff was very satisfying. Overall, a nice place to dine in. The steaming cup of cinnamon tea at the end of the meal was refreshing and energising. This being a sincere feedback, one thing that was out of place was the state of the gents restroom. The WC was full of urinary liquid and it had filled up to the brim of the bowl. For me, any place that takes care of the restrooms well in equal measure to the hygiene shown for the rest of the space/room/dining hall is something that is important. Hope the owners will take note of this and do something about it. Otherwise, please visit this place for their great cuisine, hospitality and ambience.
