Disappointing Experience due to food quality. Service was polite but not enough to make up for the disappointing food. For the price, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this place to others until there’s a serious improvement in food quality. After dinner, I went to wash my hands and mouth at the restaurant’s wash basin, and it turned out to be a rather unpleasant experience. The water had a strong, foul smell that caught me off guard. At first, I assumed it might be the hand wash liquid causing the issue. However, after rinsing a second time, I realized it was actually the water itself that smelled bad. Concerned, I spoke with a member of the restaurant staff. He checked the water and confirmed the issue, explaining that the water tank had been cleaned earlier that morning and suggested the odor might be due to that. What’s even more concerning is the thought that this same smelly water might have been used in the kitchen for cooking or washing ingredients. While I can't confirm this, it's hard not to worry about the overall food safety and hygiene standards when the water used for basic handwashing was in such poor condition. If that water made its way into the food preparation process, it raises serious questions about what we may have unknowingly consumed. bruh never in my life did i think i'd get traumatized at a restaurant but kolapata really said fear factor instead of dinner. was just tryna enjoy my polao and kadai chicken in peace when A WHOLE COCKROACH decided to pull up and crawl into my PANTS. not the plate. not the table. MY. ACTUAL. PANTS. like?? who invited you bro?? i came for food not an exoskeletal nightmare. chairs got more wildlife than the jungle and the staff acted like it was normal??? “oh sorry sir” – SORRY??? this bug just went on a field trip up my leg and y’all acting like it dropped a spoon 0/10. food mid. vibes cursed. seats haunted. my soul? gone. save yourself. eat anywhere else. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
