I had a very disappointing experience at KNS Burgers. The food quality was average, but the most concerning part was the behavior of the owner. Unfortunately, the owner does not seem to have basic etiquette on how to speak with customers. The interaction felt rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined the experience. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this place seriously lacks it. I would definitely not recommend this cafe until they improve their attitude towards customers and learn how to handle feedback in a respectful manner. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
