After enjoying Mar Thoma Syrian Church, visit KMS Bakers which is not far away. Come here and have delicious juice. Based on the visitors' opinions, the staff can be well-trained. A lot of guests mark that the service is satisfying. The atmosphere is comfortable, as people find it. But google users rated this place and it didn't receive a high rating.

Disappointed with the staff behavior. I bought chicken puffs (₹28 each) and sweet naan (₹18 each) from this shop. The total amount, as told or heard, was ₹240, which I paid via GPay. Later, when I calculated the prices, the total came to ₹204. I asked the cashier about the ₹36 difference. He was quite rude and insisted that he had clearly said ₹204. After a bit of argument, he finally returned the ₹36. Mistakes can happen — maybe I misheard the amount or maybe he misspoke. Either way, a polite and respectful attitude would have made the situation better. The food was just okay, but the staff’s attitude, especially the cashier (probably less than 26 years old), was disappointing. They really need to work on improving their customer service. Very disappointed with our experience at KMS Bakery. Me and my friend ordered shakes, and to our shock, both drinks had ants in them. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness at this place. We expected basic food safety standards to be followed, especially when serving beverages. Definitely not coming back and wouldn't recommend until they take proper measures to improve their hygiene. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200
