While the ambience was pleasant, we were not satisfied with the service. The waitress was slow in taking orders and serving food, and repeated requests for warm water were ignored. Additionally, the staff misled us about the availability of certain dishes, which added to our disappointment. Overall, the service fell short of expectations.
