Upon opening it, I was greeted by long-grain basmati rice, perfectly cooked and infused with a rich marinade. The chicken was incredibly tender, falling off the bone with ease, and each bite delivered a burst of bold, well-balanced flavor. Served with a side of cooling raita and spicy mirchi ka salan, this biryani was a harmonious blend of taste and texture.
