Extremely poor food quality and service. Too slow as a outlet on the highway. Chicken leg was raw and smelly from the inside. Hot coffee was not at all tasty. Ordered from Big 8 yesterday — terrible experience. The fried chicken was bone-dry, and the grilled chicken was a disaster — nothing like other KFC outlets. The outdoor area was infested with insects; you’ll probably get a few in your food or even your mouth. Avoid dining in unless you enjoy eating with bugs. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
