I am absolutely disappointed with the service at Bathery KFC... The staff do not even have the basic manners to greet the customers and enquire about their needs... In fact they do not even look at the customers approching them... The ignorance of the staff and the lack of service must be corrected as soon as possible...

Absolutely worst service. If a customer approaches the counter the staff should have the basic courtesy to look at the customer and enquire. KFC HR and training team should give a proper induction to the team on how to greet and welcome a customer. The attitude of the team is as if we are at their mercy for food. Team doesn't even have a smile on their face. I personally do not recommend this store to anybody who value service..

My experience at bathery KFC is very disappointing compared to other KFC institutions, bathery KFC is of a very low standard. The service does not taste too low. Our times and money will go.
