It was a disappointing experience at KFC Srikakulam.The large chicken pieces were salty, there is no compensation and money for it went in vain. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in

Went to KFC Srikakulam on Tuesday,AC was not working,the billing staff said there's no onions or lettuce in zinger burger,so ordered crisper burger & hot& crispy. chicken pieces were hard and so oily,burger patty was overcooked & turned black in colour with lot of oil, bread was also hard,very disappointing experience with decrease in standards of this branch. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have been taking takeaways from KFC in Srikakulam for the past 3 years, and I feel the quality of the chicken is gradually going down. Also, I’ve been noticing for the past 5–6 months that the person taking orders is slow, not polite, and shows disrespect towards customers. This gives KFC a bad name. He should be trained to speak politely and treat customers with respect. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
