I had a very disappointing experience at KFC Sangli outlet. Their offline ordering system was not working, so I had to place my order on online app even while being at the outlet. After placing the order, I had to wait approximately 30 minutes just to receive the food — which is quite unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. To make things worse, only half of the order was served initially. The chicken strips that were served were too cold. After another 10 minutes, the burger and fries were finally given. The Zinger burger was not prepared properly and was not served well. Even basic things like tomato sauce were given reluctantly, which reflects very poor customer service. Overall, extremely poor service, poor coordination, and a very disappointing experience. Definitely not the standard expected from KFC. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely poor experience at this KFC outlet. I ordered a meal but when I went to sit, every single table in the dining area was dirty with leftover food, trays, and trash. There was not even one clean table available for customers. For a brand like KFC that serves hundreds of customers daily, this level of poor hygiene and mismanagement is completely unacceptable. It was clearly visible that only one staff member was handling the entire outlet, which resulted in zero attention to cleanliness and customer experience. Customers were forced to either clean the table themselves or stand and eat. Maintaining basic cleanliness in a food outlet is the minimum expectation, and this outlet failed completely. I have recorded a video of the situation as proof. KFC management seriously needs to look into the staffing and cleanliness standards at this outlet, because this kind of experience damages the reputation of the brand.
