My order was supposed to be ready at a certain time, but turns out they gave it to someone else. Dad had to wait there for more than 30 minutes! And only after confronting them, did they actually start preparing it. I realized that they prioritize delivery orders (as if we get it for free). Utterly disappointing! Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1

Please follow SOP , give some training to ur staff about SOP(standard operating procedure ) . KFC spice seasoning( Maggie seasoning)is more on chicken popcorn, chicken strips and on every item. I told one staff it's more ,she say ............
