I recently visited the KFC outlet at Wave Mall, Jammu, and ordered the Smoky Grilled Chicken. Unfortunately, the taste was very poor and did not meet expectations at all. I informed the staff about the issue, but they were uncooperative and unwilling to acknowledge or resolve the problem. It’s disappointing to receive such service from a global brand like KFC. I didn’t want a replacement—I simply wanted my concern to be heard and addressed with some courtesy. Sadly, that didn’t happen. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service. Pathetic food. Bad smell coming from chicken. When complained the staffs behaved in bad way. Don’t go to this outlet. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
