Very disappointing experience today at KFC, Ambuja Mall, Raipur (Chhattisgarh). There was no online or digital payment option available, and they were serving only customers who were carrying cash. Being such a big international brand, this is completely unacceptable in today’s time. I had gone with my family and had to leave without ordering just because I wasn’t carrying cash. This really spoiled our outing. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures basic digital payment facilities are always available. Service: 1
