Very disappointing experience at KFC today. The place was extremely poorly managed. Almost all the tables were full of trays and leftover food from previous customers, and no one from the staff bothered to clean them. Even after informing the staff 3–4 times, nothing was done. Because of the delay and lack of attention, our order got cold by the time we could eat. Basic cleanliness and service should be maintained, especially at such a well-known outlet. Really hope the management improves the hygiene and service standards. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
