Dear KFC Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced at your KFC outlet at Seasons Mall yesterday around 9 pm. We had ordered a meal for ₹399 and were missing a leg piece, which wasn't communicated to us. When we brought it to the staff's attention, they were uncooperative and abusive. Despite speaking to the manager, the issue wasn't resolved, and another staff member showed a poor attitude. I'm unhappy with the experience and hope you'll look into it.
