Bought chicken popcorn but not at all juicy. Over cooked and hard to eat. Not a good quality food. Second time in a row had bad experience in season mall kfc. Previously also food ordered was cold and not properly cooked.

We had ordered a meal for ₹399 and were missing a leg piece, which wasn't communicated to us. When we brought it to the staff's attention, they were uncooperative and abusive.
