Absolutely pathetic experience at KFC Pathankot. What’s the point of having a drive-through when the staff outright refuses to take orders? I pulled up to the drive-through and was told to come inside to place the order — completely defeating the purpose. This is not just lazy service, it's a clear sign of mismanagement and utter disregard for customer convenience. KFC is supposed to stand for fast, reliable service, but this outlet clearly missed the memo. If they can’t operate the drive-through properly, they might as well shut it down. Staff had zero courtesy or professionalism. Highly disappointed — never expected such poor service from a global brand. Avoid this place if you’re looking for basic respect and actual “fast food” service. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
