paratha wrapping was bad quality, smell coming out of the same, portion size was also less, I ordered double chicken wrap but only one piece of chicken I received that too small size. I want a refund of the same.

Today I had ordered from KFC , Mahajati Nagar Branch and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The burger bun was stale and dry, making it hard to enjoy the meal. On top of that, the wrap I ordered also old and hard and lacked in freshness. For a brand that is supposed to deliver high standards, this was very underwhelming. It felt like the food had been sitting out for too long. Definitely not worth the price. I hope KFC improves its quality control because this experience has made me think twice about coming back.
