Today, I visited KFC at Jasola Pecific Mall and ordered two buckets of 10 pcs Hot & Crispy Chicken. I must say that the food quality was very good and me and my colleague really enjoyed it. The product met our expectations, and the taste was excellent. However, I would like to highlight a disappointing experience at the counter. The cashier named Sonu was extremely rude and unprofessional in his behavior. His tone and attitude were uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I was actually planning to place additional orders for my office colleagues, but due to this rude behavior, I decided not to proceed further and left with only the two buckets. While the food was satisfying, such customer service negatively impacts the overall brand experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate action or training is provided to ensure better customer interaction in the future. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
