Dear KFC. I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent experience at your KFC Kashmiri Gate outlet on 14 January 2026 at around 7:50 PM. I ordered a Rice Bowl with Spicy Leg Piece. The staff informed me that it would take at least 20 minutes to prepare. Despite the delay, I agreed to wait. I clearly requested extra gravy three times, and the staff acknowledged this. However, when I received my order, I was given a crispy chicken leg piece instead of a spicy leg piece, and no gravy was provided at all. Unfortunately, I was already on my bus when I checked the order, and I realized:. I did not receive the spicy leg piece. I did not receive any gravy. I was not given a bill, despite making a cash payment. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It feels like there was a lack of transparency in handling cash payments, and I am concerned about how such mistakes can occur even after clearly repeating my order multiple times. I request you to please investigate this matter and explain why such issues are happening at this outlet. I also expect an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience caused.
