Worst experience ever at this KFC, purely because of the cashier staff. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and careless attitude. No greeting, no respect, no patience — it felt like customers were an inconvenience instead of a priority. The cashier looked irritated, rushed the order, didn’t listen properly, and showed zero basic customer service skills. Even a simple order turned into a frustrating mess. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Food brands like KFC are known worldwide, but staff like this completely destroy the brand image. Management seriously needs to train their cashiers or replace them, because this level of service is unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
