Pathetic staffs behaviour towards customers !! Staffs wearing Shirts without name tags!! Are very arrogant and agressive when we ask about order delay. Allways They are diverting every one to KIOSK machine, saying server is down, every time same reason. Instead they keep standing on cash counter, trying to make people fool ! The order taker staff standing on KIOSK is putting his own contact number instead of customer, so they cannot give a feedback to KFC !! They are trained to mark the order served before its ready, just to close the order in to the system!! People are waiting for more than 25 mins but the orders are not ready. Higher management of KFC needs to look into this ! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Always a great experience at KFC! The chicken is crispy and delicious every time, and the sides are always fresh. The staff here are friendly and quick specially ( dhruv )even during busy hours. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving fried chicken. Keep up the good work Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
