Pathetic staffs behaviour towards customers !! Staffs wearing Shirts without name tags!! Are very arrogant and agressive when we ask about order delay. Allways They are diverting every one to KIOSK machine, saying server is down, every time same reason. Instead they keep standing on cash counter, trying to make people fool ! The order taker staff standing on KIOSK is putting his own contact number instead of customer, so they cannot give a feedback to KFC !! They are trained to mark the order served before its ready, just to close the order in to the system!! People are waiting for more than 25 mins but the orders are not ready. Higher management of KFC needs to look into this ! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The service here is the worst out of every kfc. The staff accepts the order even though they don't have the stock and make us wait for hours. Even the offers are so untrue! I order the unlimited chicken bucket a week ago. They didn't had the stock still they accepted it and make me wait for 1.5 hour. The order came after a lot tantrums and what did I get!? Uncooked chicken pieces, tissues out of stock, straws out of stock and mayo out of stock Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
