Dear KFC Team, I am writing to share my concern about the service at KFC Mancherial during my recent visit. There was no water available for hand wash, which caused inconvenience to customers. Additionally, Ms. Ramilla Ishwarya (Service Manager) was asking for feedback before we even dined in. She requested my phone to take feedback herself, and I noticed that the staff were entering their own mobile numbers to submit feedback instead of letting customers do it genuinely. I was also not provided with an invoice for my order. Such practices are unprofessional and misleading. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action to ensure better service and genuine customer feedback collection at this outlet. Regards, Shashi Kumar.
