ordered 2 chicken zinger burger online. Received poor quality old food which is heated just before delivery. very bad chicken. not recommended at all. Total waste of money.

I ordered 2 quantities of Captain’s Chicken Bucket from KFC (Order ID: ______).However, I received two different packet sizes – one small and one big – even though both were the same item.This is very disappointing as the items received do not match the images or description on the app.Please look into this issue and arrange for a resolution/refund.
