You can order perfectly cooked fried chicken wings, fried chicken and fried chicken burgers. The great location of this restaurant makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. KFC is recommended for the hospitable staff. The terrific service is something these restaurateurs care about. The pretty atmosphere may make you want to stay here for a bit longer than you've initially planned. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

I visited the KFC outlet in Kanjikuzhi, Kottayam, and had a disappointing experience. My first order took around 14 minutes, and the second one took 13 minutes to arrive. Based on what I’ve seen in videos and ads, KFC has a policy that if an order takes more than 7 minutes, a complimentary piece should be provided. When I politely asked about this, the staff at the counter, Aravind, said he wasn’t aware of such a policy. Even after I showed proof, they refused to acknowledge or honour it. The staff’s response was not only dismissive but also quite rude, which led us to leave the outlet. Very poor customer service and attitude.
