We ordered online for easy take away and came to the outlet and they said we have to wait 30mins more.Poor service and not a hygiene atmosphere like KFC used to be.There were more customers but only 1 counter was open,keeping us waiting even more in that single queue for an extra order that we made to compensate the long 30mins wait! When I took the pack I ordered and was about to leave, the serviceman called me back and told me that he forgot to give another one. I asked him to recheck again and see if he packed everything I ordered.He said yes and as I reached home and opened it, instead of 6dips I ordered, only 1 dip was there and got 2 packs of fries which I didn't even order.We had a tiring journey from Ernakulam to Kottayam and had no option to go back to the outlet to return it and we tried calling them and the number was not reachable. And the food also didn't taste as good as original KFC! Such poor service! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Decent experience at KFC Kottayam The food was as expected — crispy and tasty chicken with good flavor. However, the waiting time was a bit long, especially during peak hours. Seating was limited and the place felt slightly crowded. Staff were polite but service could be quicker. A good option if you're craving KFC, but could improve on cleanliness and speed.
