This restaurant is to be recommended for nicely cooked fried chicken wings, fried chicken and fried chicken burgers. Food delivery is a big plus of KFC. The competent staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Service at this place is something one can call professional. When you enter this place, you feel the lovely atmosphere. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

I visited the KFC outlet in Kanjikuzhi, Kottayam, and had a disappointing experience. My first order took around 14 minutes, and the second one took 13 minutes to arrive. Based on what I’ve seen in videos and ads, KFC has a policy that if an order takes more than 7 minutes, a complimentary piece should be provided. When I politely asked about this, the staff at the counter, Aravind, said he wasn’t aware of such a policy. Even after I showed proof, they refused to acknowledge or honour it. The staff’s response was not only dismissive but also quite rude, which led us to leave the outlet. Very poor customer service and attitude.
