I am very disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. The food quality was not up to the mark. The chicken was cold and seemed stale, and the fries were soggy instead of crispy. The order was also delayed, even though the outlet was not very crowded. The staff did not respond properly to my complaint, and there was a lack of basic customer service. Cleanliness of the dining area also needs improvement. Overall, this visit did not meet my expectations. I hope KFC improves its food quality and service standards in the future.
