This is literally the scammiest outlet of kfc in Kolkata. We ordered 3 burgers 2 tandoori and 1 classic and they asked us to order from their phone so they will give us a complimentary popcorn. They asked us to pay on their QR and didn't even offer us the bill. And even gave us all 3 classic burgers. Argued with us for 15 mins and didn't even give the original bill so we don't know if we paid for classic burgers or tandoori. And THE AC WAS NOT WORKING. it was hot and dirty they don't even clean tables

All food is very good but hot chicken wings very very bad.I had a protest before. We have never eaten such food at KFC. It felt very bad. I am an international KFC customer and eat abroad.
