One of the most awful experience i had from kfc. I just ordered a meal of 2,3 piece strips and 4 piece with an add on of fries, i just got only the the 1,3 piece. I have tried to contact them, but there is busy for gad sake how could a line busy for 20 mins consecutively. I did had 2,3 experience like this from kfc, especially from the kayakulam branch Service: Delivery Service: 1

Very disappointed with my recent order from KFC. The chicken looked unappetizing, with dark, questionable meat and poorly applied breading. It didn’t taste fresh and felt undercooked in some areas. Quality control seems to be lacking. Definitely not the standard I expect from KFC Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Hot & Crispy Chicken Strips

This KFC unit had no on menu ordering screens nor the same deals as in other kfc places nearby. So one is forced to spend more here without getting the same deals or food. They had no sauces or dips as in others and Parking also inadequate. Wouldn't go here next time.
