This restaurant is proud of perfectly cooked tandoori chicken, chicken and rice and peri peri chicken. The great location of KFC makes it easy to reach by any transport. Absolute Disaster! I visited the store yesterday at noon. While placing order at kiosk, the service person came and stood by me. I have never experienced such disgusting smell from a person. I am not sure how many days he hasn't showered but it was a nightmare! When the screen was at checkout page, i saw a message saying, "you won a free gift" and before i could completely see what the offer was the service person took over the screen and closed it suddenly. I confronted him and he says there is no offer....the screen just displays like that. He went inside calling his co-worker. I 100% suspected he was going to tamper with the food I was about to order. So, I just walked out of the store after washing my hands. I cannot risk such unhygienic place that serves food! If someone from KFC is reading this, please fire that guy immediately! Store visit date: 20/9/25 around 3pm. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visit the banjara hills KFC in cineplex mall I don't have cash or card thought to do online payment but the maneger he is telling the online payment is not working and started shouting to the employee infront of the customers, rude behaviour of maneger They should keep a notice so that customers will know if online payment is not applicable.
