I recently had a very disappointing experience at the KFC restaurant in Hosur. I placed an online order but was unable to visit the store due to some personal work. When I finally managed to go there, the manager was not even ready to check the status of my previous order. The lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to help left me extremely frustrated. Such poor customer service is unacceptable, and I expected better from a brand like KFC. I hope they take steps to improve their service. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
