After a long wait, when we politely asked about an in-store offer displayed, the staff responded disrespectfully and gave misleading information instead of handling it professionally. Long waits can happen, but lack of basic courtesy and respectful communication are unacceptable. Also, while going through other Google reviews of this outlet, I noticed many similar complaints about staff behaviour , which clearly shows this is not an isolated incident. Management seriously needs to train staff on customer service and transparency at this outlet. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
