I am highly disappointed with my recent food order from KFC during my train journey.Despite ordering a proper meal, I did not receive even a single piece of cutlery or a tissue paper. This caused a lot of inconvenience while trying to eat during travel.This kind of service is completely unacceptable from a reputed brand like KFC. Proper packaging, cutlery, and basic hygiene items like tissues are expected as standard, especially when delivering to passengers on a moving train.I request that this issue be addressed immediately and such negligence should not be repeated in future orders.I hope KFC ensures better service going forward.
