(Jan'26) The food was good, but I wouldn’t go back again! This is a small KFC outlet (PV) with a decent dining space, but the experience was very chaotic. It was due to the large number of delivery personnel inside the restaurant, even though it wasn’t a weekend. The main pick-up counter was overcrowded, staff were constantly running around to manage orders, and there were only two self-ordering kiosks, both with long queues. Overall, the place felt messy and poorly managed. We ordered the Peri Peri Strips Bucket (5/5, got Wednesday offer in this), Caribbean Spicy Zinger (2/5, too spicy & not recommended), and Tandoori Zinger (5/5). The restaurant could improve the experience by having a separate counter and dedicated staff for online/app-based orders. While the food quality was good, poor service management made the visit unpleasant.
