Nice outlet of KFC. Very friendly staff and good typical KFC fare. Clean and quick. Highlight has to be the friendly staff. Service levels are excellent and can probably be used as a model outlet to train other outlets especially the lousy Valasarwakkam KFC where customer service is practically non existent! Yummy tasty KFC food along with excellent customer service truly creates lots of WOW moments at spencers outlet. Great going guys...keep up the service excellence!

Standard food and extremely friendly staff. Stark contrast to the EA one, which by the way somehow goggles for profiles of rude people and put turn in their store...
Never heard them say they have run out of items in the menu, but then i have been through stray instances of having to wait for my order for more than 10 mins, which is OK as long as I am served what I ordered!

Keep the place clean. Even though this outlet located in a mall,it's very untidy.But I find something strange,chicken and burgers taste good and are fresh here compared to other KFC outlets.
