    I’ve eaten KFC from many outlets but I must say this particular outlet is a huge disappointment. It’s just 1.5 km away from my home, and I ordered online from here. You won’t believe this is my second time ordering from this outlet, and once again, the delivery took more than an hour. Seriously, it should take a minimum of 10 minutes—15 minutes at most—to deliver. On top of that, the food arrived cold despite such a long delay. Extremely disappointing experience.
