I had a really disappointing experience with my recent KFC order (Order No: K317004320). The burger I received didn’t have any lettuce in it, which completely ruined the taste and presentation. It’s such a basic ingredient, and missing it showed a clear lack of attention to detail. One of the boxes of fries I received was cold and soggy — definitely not fresh. To make it worse, another box of fries and a 475ml Coke, which were supposed to be part of the meal, were completely missing from the order. I tried calling the customer care numbers listed on the website around 10 PM, but neither of them worked. I’m not sure if it was due to the time, but there should be some way to report issues even if it’s slightly late in the evening. For a brand like KFC, this kind of service is really disappointing. I hope this gets addressed and better quality checks are put in place. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down the basics of what they paid for. Bad low quality burgers, they have reduced the quality as much as possible burgers are not hot no proper stuffing. Spicy needs to be tasteful not hot so you throw out of your mouth. Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
