I had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC in Galeria Mall ,I received my meal only to find a metal stain in the food, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard. When I approached the staff to report the issue, their behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the concern with seriousness or offering a proper apology, they responded with a very pathetic attitude. No sense of urgency, no explanation, and no accountability. To make matters worse, they casually offered four chicken pieces as a form of "negotiation" — as if that makes up for the potential risk to my health or the poor service. This kind of response shows a complete lack of customer care and basic hygiene standards. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously and improves both their food safety practices and staff training. Until then, I would not recommend visiting this location.
