Extremely bad and unsafe experience at KFC. We visited as a group of 3 and ordered a meal, but the food quality was shocking. The chicken looked crispy and well-cooked from the outside, but once we opened it, the inside was clearly undercooked. The meat was pink, rubbery, and had a very bad, foul smell, which strongly indicated that it was not fresh and possibly spoiled. This is not just a taste issue — this is a serious food safety concern. Serving undercooked or spoiled chicken can cause health problems, and it is completely unacceptable from a brand like KFC. We immediately lost our appetite and had to leave most of the food without eating. On top of this, the staff behavior was extremely unprofessional. As soon as we collected our order and sat down, a staff member came to our table, took all 3 of our mobile phones, and asked to post a review from their side. This is unethical and not acceptable in any way. Overall, this experience shows very poor hygiene standards, lack of quality control, and disrespect towards customers. This outlet seriously needs inspection and strict action. Highly disappointed. I strongly do not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600
