Very disappointing. Ordered for 2 buckets of 12pc each and received only 1 bucket. When contacted the outlet, the staff is just enquiring the details but not ready to provide any resolution. Not expected from a brand like KFC. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This KFC outlet was a complete disappointment. The chicken was dry and tasted old, but the customer service was even worse. The staff were busy having their own family drama right in front of everyone instead of doing their job. If someone asks them why the order is delayed, the attitude is basically, “Why do we care?” If your outlet is open, taking orders, and taking people’s money, then you should be responsible enough to serve the food on time. I ended up wasting 45 minutes for absolutely no reason. No updates, no apology, nothing. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at KFC. Definitely not coming back. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
