Embarrassing KFC Branch. Especially Ms Harpreet and Mr Harinder. We are from Malaysia, we spent 10 mins ordering from the machine and the credit card terminal was faulty. We then went to the counter to place an order. Both Harpreet and Harinder told that they don’t take cash and we can’t place order over the counter and we need to pay with UPI. They claimed they didn’t had small change even though we have got the exact amount to place an order. If they had brains, the would have known that foreigners have got no UPI. They wasted our good 15-20 minutes. The manager has been equally unhelpful. She came and acted all blur. We regret to know that an international brand has got this kind of service in a reputable mall in India. I’m lodging a report too with your master franchisee to ensure no other customer time is wasted by incompetent employees Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
